News First teaser of Pininfarina-designed Vision Gran Turismo concept released

Pininfarina has released the first teaser image of an upcoming Vision Gran Turismo concept car.
Named the "Fittipaldi EF7 Vision Gran Turismo by Pininfarina", this new design study will make its world debut on 7th March 2017 at the Geneva Motor Show.
This new performance vehicle is part of a new collaborative project involving Pininfarina. According to the official statement, the upcoming concept car was "born from the mind" of the legendary Brazilian racing driver Emerson Fittipaldi. Technical input was also provided by HWA, a German engineering and motorsport group.
With the car set to be unveiled under the "Fittipaldi Motors" brand, it's presumed this concept car will be the first of a series of vehicles involving Pininfarina and HWA.
The official statement also confirmed the Fittipaldi EF7 will be featured in an upcoming Gran Turismo game. However, it's unknown at time of writing whether that game will be Gran Turismo Sport.
More information on the Pininfarina-designed Vision Gran Turismo will be released in the weeks preceding the vehicle's official unveiling at the 2017 Geneva Motor Show.
