News Fanatec unveil Xbox One & PC compatible ClubSport Steering Wheel Formula V2

Following on from the recent unveiling of the PlayStation 4 and PC compatible Podium Racing Wheel F1 racing wheel, Fanatec has also lifted the veil on their new Xbox One and PC compatible ClubSport Steering Wheel Formula V2 steering wheel which will release on February 28, 2019, and is available to pre-order now for €349.95.
The first ever Xbox One compatible formula-style steering wheel comes packed full of features as you would expect from a high-end piece of gaming equipment. Advanced RevLEDs, two flag LED cars and an OLED display makes the ClubSport Steering Wheel Formula V2 the best Fanatec steering wheel to date.
The trademark rev lights have improved multi-colour functionality and Fanatec has added separate multi-colour FlagLEDs which can indicate factors such as tyre wear, fuel level, or incoming radio transmissions.
The steering wheel also comes complete with thumb encoders, 12-way multi-position switches, and rocker switches enabling you absolute control of the most demanding vehicles in racing. Fanatec has also improved the build quality and materials used including a 5mm thick, real carbon fibre front plate.
The ClubSport Steering Wheel Formula V2 steering wheel can also be upgraded thanks to the Podium Advanced Paddle Module which adds magnetic shifters and an analogue clutch for that extra touch of authenticity. The V2 wheel can be attached to “any of Fanatec’s current wheel bases and you’ll enable full Fanatec ecosystem compatibility for the Xbox One family (including Windows 10 PCs)” according to Fanatec.
