News GT Sport’s ‘Sport mode’ will get dedicated servers

Polyphony and Gran Turismo's top man Kazunori Yamauchi recently spoke with Inside Playstation and confirmed that GT Sport's sport mode will have dedicated servers.
The servers will host races for up to 20 players and should provide a decent foundation for solid and stable races which is paramount especially for high level competitions recognised by the FIA no less.
Other events in GT Sport outside of the sport mode will feature the usual peer to peer configuration with a drop in total player count, what the actual player count will be is anyone's guess however.
We recently attended the GT Sport reveal event in London and got our hands on with the title ahead of its November release, you can listen to our thoughts in the video below. Strangely GT Sport was absent from Sony's E3 press conference so we may have to wait until Gamescom to receive more juicy details on the PlayStation 4 exclusive racer.
