Milestone has today unveiled a gameplay video of MotoGP 20, the latest instalment in the long-running licensed two-wheeled racer.
In response to a community vote, the developer has shared gameplay footage of Valentino Rossi racing at the Mugello circuit in dry conditions. The gameplay video gives us the chance to see the improved bike physics which are said to make MotoGP 20 more technical and skill-based than before.
Check out the first gameplay video for MotoGP 20 below.
MotoGP 20 will feature asymmetrical tyre wear which allows for different amounts of deterioration on the inside, middle and outside parts of each tyre as found in real life. Players will decide upon which tyre compound to use as well as how much fuel to take on for each race affecting bike behaviour accordingly.
Bikes come equipped with modern aerodynamic winglets which if damaged affect the whole balance of the machine. This means that some crashes will permanently alter the handling performance of your bike.
The braking system has also seen some improvements for this year’s instalment. According to the development team, the new braking system has seen “substantial” changes to make it more challenging and risky but ultimately more rewarding.
MotoGP 20 will be released on April 23 across PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC via Steam, Google Stadia and Nintendo Switch (the US Switch version will release on May 5).
