News Tackle hazardous terrain this October with physics-based title Overpass

Overpass, coming to the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC, and Switch in October 2019, is probably best described as an off-road simulation title that pits you up against extreme tracks and hazardous terrain.

You’ll get behind the wheel of several off-road vehicles including powerful buggies and quads from brands such as Yamaha, Suzuki and Arctic Cat as you tackle an array of natural and man-made obstacles.

Developed by Zordix Racing (Aqua Moto Racing Utopia, Snow Moto Racing Freedom), Overpass features a realistic physics engine that requires you to be precise with your inputs to avoid losing traction and ultimately failing your crossing.

You’ll go up against craggy slopes, extremely bumpy terrain, and man-made obstacles that should test your driving skills to the limit.

In order to tackle the various obstacles, you’ll need to consider differential settings, transmission type, and whether to use 2 or 4 wheel drive vehicles.

The Career mode lets you manage your buggies and quads and choose the one best suited to each track and terrain type as you work towards attracting sponsors and competition victory. The multiplayer component will allow you to post your quickest times against the very best.
