We’re speeding ever faster towards Xenon Racer‘s release date of March 26, (across the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch and PC) and to get us even more excited a new trailer has emerged.
The trailer entitled “City Showcase 1/4” (hinting that three further teasers will follow shortly) showcases the Miami and Tokyo locations found in the arcade racer.

In Xenon Racer you’ll participate in a one-off championship featuring cutting-edge electric cars boosted by Xenon gas. The arcade racer will feature several locations across the globe including China, Canada, France, Dubai, Boston, Japan, UAE, and the USA.
Players can race against the AI in Fast Race and Elimination Mode, and unlock new cars, parts and maps in the singleplayer Championship. Additionally, Time Attack, Checkpoint Attack and Free Mode game modes are all confirmed. A local split-screen mode and an online multiplayer component will also feature.
Publisher SOEDESCO has recently partnered with record label Monstercat for the music of Xenon Racer.
The futuristic racer will feature 20 spirited electro, dubstep, glitch-hop and house music tracks produced by Monstercat’s artists such as Pegboard Nerds, Rameses B and Melano, as well as Grant, FWLR, Tokyo Machine and Noisestorm.

Xenon Racer can currently be seen on the PlayStation Store for £44.99 (£40.49 for PS Plus subscribers) and on the Xbox Store for the reduced rate of £35.99.
