You will have to wait a little longer to get your hands on the fast-paced arcade racer Dangerous Driving as developer Three Fields Entertainment has announced the title has suffered a two-month delay.
The new release date for Dangerous Driving is now set as April 9, 2019. Three Fields will submit their title to Microsoft and Sony on February 14 (let’s hope they fall in love with it), giving the team just four weeks of development time.
“We really want Dangerous Driving to be our best game yet and we believe in putting every penny we have on the screen – so we looked at what we had sold over Christmas and realised that we had a bit more cash we could invest. Thank you to everyone who has bought copies of our existing games – every copy really does help to make Dangerous Driving better“, said Fiona Sperry of Three Fields Entertainment.
A Dangerous Driving video from last October can be seen below (the development team has promised a new video will be coming shortly).
Three Fields recently decided to make all of the cars in Dangerous Driving faster (presumably they weren’t dangerous enough to live up to the name). “It’s a big decision to take this late in the day but it just felt like the right thing to do”, stated Sperry. “We talk a lot about this being a game where you’re ‘in the zone’ and speed is an essential ingredient to that. Top speeds have increased across the board and the handling of every car has been overhauled to match.”We’re all for faster cars here at Team VVV so we don’t mind waiting a couple more months.
