In a recent interview, Yamauchi seemingly confirmed the Spa-Francorchamps track will be part of this week’s update. When asked about Spa last week, Kazunori responded: “Spa I think will probably be playable next week”.
The dry version of Spa was first spotted at the Gran Turismo live event held in New York back in August this year. Last weekend, however, the track was featured in the Gran Turismo Tokyo World Tour 2019 event in its wet weather guise which you can see below starting at 1:13:56.
Once you put all this together, you can come to the conclusion that there is fair chance Gran Turismo Sport players will be enjoying both dry and wet versions of the Spa-Francorchamps track tomorrow, October 31.
If it doesn’t release tomorrow, we should hopefully not have to wait too long for the iconic track – that said, we are still waiting for Gran Turismo 7 almost six years after Gran Turismo 6…
