News Carmageddon devs latest game Shockrods releases on Steam

Shockrods, the latest game from Carmageddon developer Stainless Games, is now available on Steam. Originally intended to launch into Steam Early Access in June this year, Shockrods is now available on Steam as a full release for $24.99/ £19.49/ €20.99.
Much like Carmageddon, Shockrods is a fast-paced vehicular experience but with a 6 vs 6 or 12-player free-for-all twist. The arena-based game features fully customisable technologically advanced vehicles which possess the ability to nitro boost and double jump giving them near Rocket League levels of agility.

Shockrods features six different environments which play host to a total of five game modes including the traditional DeathMatch, Team Deathmatch, and Capture The Flag modes along with “Shockball” and “Golden Ram”.
