News UK Charts: GRID debuts in fifth place

This week’s all-format UK Charts are now available courtesy of ChartTrack.
Codemasters’ GRID has debuted in fifth place (two places below the excellent Mario Kart 8 Deluxe) after releasing worldwide last Friday, October 11 (players who purchased the Ultimate Edition got their hands on the title three days earlier).
GRID offers players an accessible racing experience which mixes street racing and traditional race circuits utilising a variety of racing machines including American muscle, GT racing cars, Touring cars and more.
We recently reviewed the title and found GRID to be fairly bare-bones thanks to a lack of variety in its events despite a wide array of vehicles. You can read our written review for GRID here.
Elsewhere, Forza Horizon 3 has dropped two places from last week and sits in 12th, and Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled continues to enjoy strong sales in 14th.
