BigBen has recently shared a new WRC 8 gameplay video showcasing a very tight and twisty rally stage in Argentina.
The beta footage gives us a look at a range of camera angles as the Citroen rally car blasts through the sun-shaded mountains kicking up dust as it goes.
Around halfway through the stage, rain begins to fall making an already challenging stage ever more treacherous. Besides the challenge of the now rain-drenched roads, the visibility also reduces thanks to the onset of fog, clearly, developer Kylotonn is looking to give players a demanding experience.
Take a look at the Citroen battle the elements at the Argentina stage below.
WRC 8 will launch across the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC and Switch platforms in September 2019. The officially licensed rally racer will feature 50 teams, 14 rallies, and more than 100 special stages from the 2019 season making it the biggest off-road racing game yet.
WRC 8 will feature new off-road physics across its range of different surface types as well as a new dynamic weather system which will see you battle the likes of rain, hail, and snow. The career mode will be completely overhauled, and the title is being built with racing wheel users in mind.
