News Mercedes-Benz GLA compact SUV coming to Mario Kart 8
News
A new piece of DLC for Mario Kart 8 will be released later this summer, adding an unexpected new car to the WiiU's flagship racing game.
Currently confirmed only for the Japanese marketplace, the upcoming downloadable content will allow Mario Kart 8 players to race around the game's 32 tracks in a MK'd Mercedes-Benz GLA compact SUV.
Accompanying the announcement is Mercedes-Benz's "Go! GLA" tie-in promotional compaign, which consists of a NES Super Mario Bros-themed website and the light hearted trailer you see below.
No details on the pricing (if there is any) or release date for Mario Kart 8's Mercedes-Benz GLA DLC have been revealed at time of writing, though a Nintendo UK representative speaking to Eurogamer claims said info will be announced "in the near future".//www.youtube.com/embed/_AkgJZGspCM
