Forza Horizon 3 is very much turning into our most anticipated game of 2016.
We got some hands on time with the game at this year's Gamescom and was curious to try the title minus any assists.
With assists off the cars felt intuitive and each has their own characteristics from the small pool of cars we tried. Muscle cars for example felt satisfyingly heavy while the small and lighter cars felt more nimble as one might expect.
One interesting and unexpected surprise happened when we drove through a puddle sending our car aquaplaning to one side. We've never seen or experienced this before on a Forza Horizon 3 demo and probably came about because of the use of no assists.
