We recently had the privilege to interview the Game Designer Andrea Basilio and ask him some questions on the upcoming Valentino Rossi: The Game title.
Valentino Rossi: The Game is of course still a MotoGP game but is now focused in from the perspective of Valentino himself. This means that not only will this years title feature the usual MotoGP discipline, but you'll also get to sample some rallying and drifting action (yes that means cars) and flat track racing will also feature with Valentino Rossi's very own ranch included.
In terms of physics the MotoGP bikes will feature an updated handling model, its focus is on creating more responsive bikes which are now able to change direction faster and easier than before. The rally segment is based off of Sebastien Loeb Rally EVO's handling model which comes as no surprise. However the physics have been further tuned and tweaked which should make for an even better experience.
You can listen to the full interview with Andrea Basilio and watch some PlayStation 4 footage in the video below. Please note that all footage shown in the video is early alpha code and so does not represent the final quality of the game.
