During Codemasters' DiRT Rally PS4 preview event, Alan caught up with Chief Game Designer Paul Coleman who gives us the lowdown on what to expect from DiRT Rally's imminent console release on PS4 and Xbox One.
In our exclusive interview, Coleman takes us through the evolution between DiRT 3 and DiRT Rally in his quest to create the most authentic rally game ever made. We learn how Coleman, who is also a rally co-driver, teamed up with ameateur rally driver Jon Tucker to apply their real world experience to DiRT Rally when developing the physics and designing the stages, as well as the challenges of porting the intensive experience to console whilst achieving 1080p and 60fps on both formats.
