News McLaren teases Logitech-supported esports event

An upcoming new esports event has been teased for the first time by the McLaren-Honda Formula One team.
Little is known about this new venture at time of writing, other than this is the first official project between McLaren and Logitech since the two companies announced their new partnership in March 2017.

Judging by the social media posts, it appears the esports event will be at least somewhat focused on McLaren's Formula One activities. It's also a possibility that Lando Norris (one of the three current participants in the McLaren Young Driver programme( could be involved in some capacity, on the basis of the British racing driver being featured in the official teaser media.
More information on this new McLaren esports event is expected to be disclosed in the near future.
